Electricity is normally billed separately from each unit's CUC meter. Bills are forwarded as received and may arrive after the usage period.
Lease Notes
- For long-term leases, separate CUC electricity billing is recommended.
- Early termination is available with a penalty up to 2 months' rent, or less when less than 2 months remain on the lease.
- The security deposit is separate and covers potential damages.
- Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved, including feeding animals that come onto the property.
